FEDERALISM: Follow Sage’s lead

Hooray for Rep. Sage Dixon, co-chairman of Idaho’s Committee on Federalism, on his introduction of legislation that would give Idaho lawmakers veto power over federal actions and court decisions (Coeur d’Alene Press, March 11, 2021, section A, p. 2).

Idaho is not the first out of the gate on this legislation that will push back against federal drift away from Constitutional limitations, but it will not be the last. Let’s encourage the House to move this proposal along.
