'Really BIG Raffle' kicks off

The North Idaho College Foundation is offering a 2,078-square-foot home in Greenstone Homes’ Coeur d’Alene Place neighborhood as the grand prize of the 2021 Really BIG Raffle.

The three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is valued at $400,000 and is under construction by the NIC Carpentry and Construction Technology program at 6894 Degas Drive in Coeur d’Alene.

The home will feature quartz countertops, a gas fireplace, full landscaping package and eco-friendly design components.

By purchasing a raffle ticket, community members can try their luck for a chance to win this brand-new home as well as other exciting prizes including a 2021 new car, a $2,000 home furnishings gift card and a smoker/barbecue meat package.

Only 5,500 tickets at $100 each will be sold prior to the July 14 drawing. Those who purchase tickets by April 30 will also be qualified to win one of two $1,000 Costco gift card early bird prizes.

This year marks the 28th anniversary of the fundraiser, which has sold out every year.

Idaho residents can reserve tickets online or order by phone. Non-residents must purchase tickets in person at community outlets. Outlets include all North Idaho Super 1 Foods locations, Yoke’s in Post Falls, Stein’s Family Foods, Buck Knives, the NIC Workforce Training Center and the NIC Foundation Office.

The Really BIG Raffle is NIC Foundation’s largest annual public fundraiser.
