Edna May 'Eddie' Fleming Ohnemus, 90

Edna "Eddie" Ohnemus passed on to her Heavenly Father on March 9, 2021. Eddie was born on Feb. 15, 1931, in Lewellen, Neb.

Eddie was preceded in death by her husband, Jim; daughters, Joyce Barber, Jan Nuszkiewicz and Jill Foelsch; grandson, Christopher Olson; sister, Mary Barkley; and brothers Lester Fleming and Jim Fleming.

Eddie is survived by her children, Julie Dahlgren, Rick, Rob (Maria) and Jodie Nelson, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Eddie was a wonderful, loving wife, mother, grandmother and mother-in-law. She was in the food service industry for many years and the proud owner of ‘MJs Stuff and Such’ in Coeur d’Alene. She loved her roses, tomato plants, puzzles, and to bake and sew.

She was a faithful member of St. Pius X Catholic Church.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 16, 2021, at English Funeral Chapel, 1133 N. Fourth St., Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Interment will follow at St. Thomas Cemetery in Coeur d'Alene.
