Free health, fitness screenings in Blanchard

BLANCHARD — The Panhandle Health District will be administering free health and fitness screenings at the Blanchard Community Center from 9 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, March 17.

Health professionals will screen participants for risk indicators including blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure, and type 2 diabetes.

Results will be analyzed while participants wait, and each person will leave with a personalized risk assessment and resources to improve health and fitness.
