Sandra J. Williams

Sandra J. Williams went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, Feb. 15, 2021. She passed away peacefully in her sleep, at home in the care of her family and Hospice of North Idaho.

She was born July 10, 1941, in Whittier, Calif., to Peter H. and Phyllis Pendleton (Stuckey), and grew up in Coachella Valley, Calif. She married Ralph H. Williams of Indio, Calif., in 1961, and they were married for 59 years. Sandra and Ralph and their daughter, Kimberly, moved to North Idaho in 1985, where they have lived since.

Sandra always centered her life around young children. In the early 1970s, Sandra and Ralph were foster parents to several children, and by the early '80s, Sandra continued her passion for children in early education as a preschool teacher with Noah’s Ark Learning Center in Coeur d’Alene, spanning 15 years.

Sandra is survived by her husband, Ralph H. Williams, of Coeur d’Alene; daughter, Pamela Beasley and husband, Alan, of Post Falls; daughter, Kimberly Kibby and husband, Craig of Coeur d’Alene; grandchildren, Bethany Bustamante and husband, Juany, Andrew Beasley of Post Falls and Quinn and Bennan Kibby of Coeur d’Alene. Sandra is also survived by her sister, Cheryl Pendleton of Post Falls, and her niece, Reina Schoch and husband, Jesse of Post Falls. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Marilee.

There will be a celebration of her life at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 6, 2021, at Pathway Church, 3115 N. 15th St., in Coeur d’Alene.
