RECESSION: A housing solution

| June 23, 2021 1:00 AM

Thank you to all the greedy home sellers who are taking advantage of the current housing carnival. Not only are you are creating the decline of our lovely North Idaho area, but you are literally selling out just to make a buck.

Because of your rapacious need to sell, you are leaving behind many native families without a home with their local median income. They cannot compete with the transplants that are rapidly moving in and out bidding the natives and offering cash.

I’m not sure which is the worst — the sellers or the buyers who couldn’t care less. Because of you, traffic, crime, and an already stressed infrastructure will ruin the area for the ones who truly care about living here. I cannot wait for a 2008 winter repeat!
