CRT: Pictures can be deceiving
In the editorial “Witch Hunt Comes Up Empty,” the question was presented regarding the children pictorially displayed: “Do they look like indoctrinated robots to you?”
How ludicrous! Mere appearances cannot reveal whether individuals have been indoctrinated with certain ideologies. In order to determine whether children have been indoctrinated, one would have to assess the worldview of those children through questioning, and not by physical appearances.
For example, ask them what have they been taught about race relations in America today? Do you feel personally responsible for the history of racism in America? Do you believe in the existence of “White Privilege?” If these children were to answer, in effect, expressing guilt for being white and ashamed of American history, then I would be concerned that they have been indoctrinated with CRT within the Coeur d’Alene school system.
CRT is a dangerous ideology, and ridiculing anyone for seeking transparency from the Coeur d’Alene school system is a poor argument.
