Notice of Public Comment Period and Public Hearing On the City's 2020 CDBG Consolidated Annual Performance Report The City of Coeur d'Alene has drafted its Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Plan Year 2020 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. The draft Annual CAPER PY2020 is available for review and comment from June 17, 2021 to July 6, 2021. The draft documents are available on the City's website at www.cdaid.org/cdbg and in person at City Hall, 710 E. Mullan Avenue, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho 83814.
