TROOPER: Praying for safety

Thank you, ISP Officer Michelle Beach for your moving piece in “My Turn” in The Press on Saturday. I could say so much after reading it, but I will just give you a heart-felt thank you for keeping life in our community safer and for sticking with it.

The article brought tears to my eyes and I was compelled to write. We have a daily prayer chain at St. Pius X Catholic Church and law enforcement and first responders are always included in our prayers. Those prayers will definitely mean more to me every morning after reading about your life, loves and experiences as an ISP Officer.

Thank you to ALL law enforcement, first responders and everyone who puts their lives in danger daily as part of their life’s work.
