IFF: Solution, not problem

Headline to column by Hon. Jim Jones: The Idaho Freedom Foundation is a threat to the future of the Gem State.

Now if you mean a treat to the socialist direction all states are currently going then no doubt you view the IFF as a threat. Keep in mind that public education is about the first socialist program instituted in the United States going back about 150 years.

Each year we spend more on education and each year the quality gets worse. More federal money for education simply means more money for teacher salaries, not more quality.

IFF has consistently stood for less government and more individual responsibility, one of the foundations of the Republican Party.

Janice McGeachin has come into bad press simply because she wanted to be sure the rights of the individual to make his own choices were respected.

And, the Legislature can outlaw Critical Race Theory, but the schools can just change the name and go right on.

It is time we regained control of our state by electing those who support the Constitution and truly stand for freedom.
