ANDRUS: He let Idaho down

I and I am sure many other Idahoans don’t agree completely with Chuck Malloy Guest Opinion of Cecil Andrus. I remember Cecil Andrus letting us down.

Does Malloy forget that we taxpayers passed our Idaho version of California’s Prop 13, only to have Andrus veto what we taxpayers had already voted on and passed? No, Andrus did not watch out for the taxpayers. Truth be told, he let us down big time with that veto.
