NIC: Let state control it

I sure hope NIC loses its accreditation. What a perfect time to turn it over to the state to make it a state college, thus removing the tax burden off the people of North Idaho and putting it on everyone in the state. Lower property taxes, a four-year school: Looks like a win-win to me.
