LEGISLATURE: Wipe slate clean

The last legislative session was as destructive as it possibly could be. We (Idaho) appear all over the U.S. news services for the crazy things our legislature does, knowing full well that much of the legislation as examined by the attorney general is unconstitutional and their decision to not only ignore him, but hire one that we pay for to cover their butts.

To protect a woman’s eggs is unconstitutional and is anti-woman. Election reform is right out of Jim Crow and used to keep voters away from the polls. Stopping critical race theory is denial that slavery existed and students of Idaho must not learn that it happened. Strangling off the ballot initiative is an act of revenge against all the people of Idaho by a legislature that can’t find its desk with both hands.

A Second Amendment law states it is against any related action by our federal government. That is absolutely against the Constitution of the U.S.

The boys and girls in Boise want to make sure the governor doesn’t do anything without their permission. It don’t work like that.

Getting rid of money for the unemployed to make sure they get low wages and stay poor. Just what any slave state would do.

An income tax reduction that has already crashed the economy of some small Idaho towns. The children of Idaho must not know about sex, so we can have more unwed mothers. Kill all wolves, kill, kill.

I believe that our legislature needs to be replaced, but will it be with more anti-constitutionalists?
