NELLY: Proof of racism

I have lived all over this beautiful country from coast to coast. The underlying racism in North Idaho is unique. The fact so many deny its existence here is hilarious.

The Nelly concert at the state fair controversy is proof. There are so many backwoods country folk still here to keep white supremacy alive. Thank God it has been changing for the better.

The next decade should bring North Idaho out of having such a terrible reputation as a “hillbilly” state. The more educated the population becomes, the less chance of this kind of embarrassing situation happening again.

I personally enjoy Nelly and rap in general so as far as I’m concerned, “Let the band play on!”
