Larry Unruh

Larry Unruh was born on the family farm, June 16, 1941 in Shafter, Calif. He passed away peacefully on July 15, 2021 at the age of 80 in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. He is survived by his loving partner Brenda, his brother Hal, his sister Jane, his niece Lisa, his nephew Greg, and his Uncle Herb Penner.

He spent his formative years in Larslan, Mont. For much of his adult life, he lived in Los Angeles, Calif., where he was an accountant and also an auditor. Later on he moved to Coeur d’ Alene where he owned a reupholstery furniture business and also worked at a local bank in the credit department.

He loved spending time in the mountains hiking and enjoying nature. He loved people and always made everyone feel special and loved. His outlook on life was always positive and he had a great sense of humor.

He loved his Lord so much and loved to talk with everyone about Jesus. He is now in his eternal home with his parents, Frank and Clara Unruh.

Larry’s family will be having a private scattering service in Colorado later this summer.
