IDAHO'S HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP & NATIONAL HOUSING TRUST FUND PROGRAMS Notice of Funding Availability and Deadline for Multifamily Rental Housing Development Applications Idaho Housing and Finance Association hereby gives notice of approximately $6 Million in HOME Program funds and $1 Million in HTF Program funds for multifamily rental housing development projects in Idaho that will target low, very-low and extremely-low income AMI households. Applications must meet minimum threshold requirements to receive a competitive score. The name will change to Martin Ralph Hewlett. The reason for the change in name is: I have always used my middle name as my first name. My drivers license, all my ID and tax records, all show Martin Ralph Hewlett as my name. To apply for Social Security, I must use the name on my birth certificate, however, that will entail making name changes on all my currrent important documents such as Idaho Star Card, all tax records, both federal and state, banking information and employment records. After speaking with a representative from the Social Security office, they recommended to go through the name change process before I have to apply for Medicare, so as not to have issued with my accounts in the future. A hearing on the petition is scheduled for 1:30 o'clock p.m. on August 2, 2021, at the Kootenai County Courthouse.
