Hoist a few at 'Brewfest'

COEUR d’ALENE — Today is a good day for a cold beer — or maybe a few cold beers — during Brewfest at McEuen Park in downtown Coeur d'Alene.

There will be more than 30 craft beers and ciders, food, games and live music from 1 to 7 p.m.

Tickets, $25 online and $26 at the door while supplies last, will get you six 5-ounce beer pours and a commemorative pint glass. Extra beer pours will be available for $2.

Admission is free for designated drivers and children.
