DEVIN: A fond farewell

Editor’s note: Following are two of many emails The Press received on this subject.

Congratulations on your new job, Devin. I appreciate your kindness and fair reporting when I was on the CDA School Board.

Over the years occasionally I would come across a reporter (not necessarily with the Press), who seemed to have a bias or “agenda” that was not always fair, but you certainly were not like that. You asked tough questions at times which I know is your job, but you did it with kindness, thoughtfulness and integrity.

I have appreciated getting to know you and I am sure that you will do great working for the hospital. I’m also happy that you are staying in this community.
