Notable calls for the day

In addition to the notable calls, we are going to add the total number of phone calls the Consolidated Central Dispatch Center (Central) took in for the day, the number of 911 phone calls and the total number of calls dispatched, which include Fire, Med and Law Enforcement Calls. The Dispatch Center is responsible for serving 14 fire, medical and law enforcement agencies throughout the county.

Total Phone Calls — 294 (These are non-emergency phone calls)

Total 911 Phone Calls — 306 (These are emergency calls)

Total calls dispatched — 575 (These represent every call entered into our system, which includes self-initiated activity from the officers and other first responders)

Day Shift handled the following notable calls: A Deputy handled a dog bite on Twin Lakes Rd. The R/P called and advised her neighbor’s dog had bit her in the leg. The dog is being quarantined at home. 21-27606

A Deputy responded to a misdemeanor P&P and arrested a male on an agents warrant. 21-27619

Deputies responded to Parkway Dr. and towed several vehicles for parking violations. 21-27639

Numerous Deputies responded to the area of Hwy 54 and Ramsey Rd. regarding shots fired/assault with a firearm. The victim called and advised her ex-husband had shot at her and is chasing her. The victim was able to pull into the Athol Vet clinic and was safe and awaiting Deputies arrival. Upon arrival the investigation revealed victim and suspect had been divorced approximately one year and they had gotten into an argument regarding some of his property that is still on her dad’s land. She told him to leave which he did. Approximately 45 minutes later he returned and came into the house where they got into another argument, he pulled out a handgun and pointed it to her face and pushed her to the ground she was able to get away and get outside, where she went to her gate and flagged down a passerby for help. Around the time she was getting into the vehicle to get away suspect fired off multiple shots in her direction. Nobody was hit. Deputies began canvasing the area and a resident in the area notified dispatch of a truck matching suspect description was disabled off Sheep Springs rd. Near Hwy 54. As deputies were attempting to clear the truck an ISP Trooper located suspect on foot in the CDA Paving property. Deputies arrived to assist and suspect was taken into custody without incident. He was charge with several felony offenses to include Attempted Murder. Special thanks to the Idaho State Police and the Spirit Lake PD in their assistance in this incident. 21-27655

Evening Shift handled the following notable calls: Several deputies responded to a reported fight at Curley's. It was reported 15 people were fighting and then left on motorcycles. When deputies arrived, they were able to identify a group of "Amigos" OMG members leaving the bar. Two of the subjects appeared to have injuries but stated they "fell" and did not want to be victims. Additional OMG members left the area while interviews were being conducted. There was a large group of Iron Horsemen, a few Hells Angels, and a few Mongols that left. The bar staff confirmed there was a large fight between the Iron Horsemen and the Amigos that involved a bar stool and a few pool cues. However, they could not identify who was victims and who was suspects. No one wanted charges filed or admitted to being a victim. An incident report was completed. #21-27747

Deputies stopped a vehicle near the intersection of Hayden Ave. X Government Way. Upon contact with the driver it was learned she had a Warrant and was arrested. #21-27751

Deputies responded to E. Painters Loop reference a Citizen Dispute/Battery. On scene they contacted RP who advised she was having problems were her drunk neighbor. According to the R/P her neighbor punched her when she was trying to solve an issue between some other neighbors. #21-27762

Night Shift handled the following notable calls: Deputies handled a juvenile runaway, who ended up coming home. The juvenile walked away from the house to clear her mind, but returned.

A Deputy took a theft call where a suspect took two crates of food from a Doyles delivery truck while he was making a delivery at the Hayden Jifi Stop. There is no suspect info at this time.

A Deputy stopped and arrested a female on a warrant out of Montana for fraud. 21-27791
