Rotary ready to roll

POST FALLS — The Rotary Club of Post Falls recently named a new leadership team.

Past President Kay Viebrock passed the gavel to Jessica Bauman to begin her new year as club president for the Rotary Club of Post Falls as her new committee chairs were introduced.

President elect and membership chair, Kibbee Walton; treasurer, Yuen Sauter; past president, secretary and club administrator, Kay Viebrock.

Viebrock will have co-chair Chad Rittenour to assist with club administration. Community Service Chair Christi Fleischman; Foundation Chair Jerry Sinn; Program Committee Co-Chairs Pam Houser and Christina Petit; Public Relations Chair Jamé Davis; International Service Chair, Mara’d Sjostrom; Outreach and Retention Chair Liz Montgomery; and Sergeant at Arms Co-Chairs, Jubel Dockins and Pam Houser.

Bauman said their goal is to grow the club and give back to the community.

"Our service projects are spread throughout the entire Post Falls community from Rapid Flashing crosswalks near schools, Meals on Wheels, supporting education efforts through book drives, safe sleep for infants, scholarships and much more," she said. "If you are looking for an opportunity to engage in your community, Post Falls Rotary wants you.”

The Rotary Club of Post Falls has a new meeting location — The Filling Station, 306 North Spokane St. The club meets every Wednesday from noon to 1 p.m.
