AVISTA: Power to the people

The recent windstorm left many homes, businesses and public facilities without electrical power. Avista Utilities was obviously deluged with calls. The calls most likely increased as the lack of power began to wear on already frayed nerves.

I would like to commend Avista Utilities for their professionalism, their proactive approach such as bringing in electrical support teams from outside the area, and their courtesy in dealing with crabby, frustrated customers. Thank you, Avista. You’re appreciated!
