BUSINESSES: Show some love

We are so fortunate to live in a community that we can all support small businesses. I do my best to support as many as I can.

It’s nice to be greeted as you walk into a small business. To have a culinary store in our back yard is a blessing.

That being said, they fall short when it comes to customer service. Never greeted. Employees all gathered behind the register talking amongst themselves. I would love to see a bit more customer interaction so that it feels welcoming. I’m hopeful that this comment is taken as constructive criticism and is beneficial to all that have a small business and those who support them.
