ABORTION: And other issues

Recent Capitol Hill events have left millions of Americans with a sick feeling in their stomachs. The shameless behavior of thugs and criminals has raised questions as to how human beings can stoop so low.

Like lemmings they have quickly fallen in line. In their irrational thinking and behavior, the mob has convinced themselves that they are doing the right thing. They are easily influenced by strong armed personalities. The larger the mob, the more irrational they become.

Politics has a way of infiltrating the fray followed by the destructive blame game. When speaking of the U.S. Capitol Building especially in reference to the beautiful interior it was called (hallowed).

Most of us would agree that it is an appropriate description. The damage to that beautiful property was uncalled for. However, the loss of life due to vandalism and rioting is the greater loss.

Another very important issue in America is the loss of millions of lives due to COVID-19. We have all been impacted to some degree. We may not all agree on how best to treat the virus, we are all concerned about quelling the spread of the virus and saving lives.

President-elect, Joe Biden stated in his platform that he supports the murdering of beautiful, helpless, innocent babies via abortions, 61 million in the last 50 years. It has been stated numerous times in the past few weeks that Democrats and Republicans should come together for the American people.

When are we the people and the elected Representatives of the people, going to come together to stop baby killing?
