Sara Muehlhausen

Lewis-Clark State basketball

Muehlhausen, a 6-foot-3 sophomore post from Lake City High, scored a career-high 14 points for the Warriors in a 75-39 win over the College of Idaho on Saturday in Lewiston. Muehlhausen also had six rebounds, one block and one steal. “Sara was big tonight,” Lewis-Clark State coach Brian Orr said. “This is a girl that has gotten so much stronger and has developed her skills every single day at practice. Our girls did a great job of finding her and I was really happy for her.”

“It felt really good, and I just kept getting more and more energized,” Muehlhausen said. “It was really fun to play and I play the best when I am having fun.”
