NOTICE OF ADVERTISEMENT PRE-QUALIFICATIONS FOR Electrical Subcontractors Phase 2 Tertiary Treatment & Biosolids Improvement (TT & B) project FOR THE HAYDEN AREA REGIONAL SEWER BOARD WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT Hayden Area Regional Sewer (HARSB) is seeking to pre-qualify electrical subcontractors for the Phase 2 Tertiary Treatment & Biosolids Improvement (TT & B) project at the HARSB Wastewater Treatment Plant.
