WEDDING
Boesen-Mitchell
Ariel Bailey Mitchell and Alan Hayden Boesen were united in marriage on Dec. 12, 2020, at Beauty Bay inside The Coeur d’Alene Resort. Ariel is the daughter of Howard "Hoyt" and Carrie Mitchell of Richland, Wash. Alan is the son of the late Linda Marie Smith. The bride's father officiated the ceremony.
The wedding party included maid of honor Crystal Willingham, bride’s best friend; best man John deLamare, groom’s best friend; bridesmaid Juliet Polomsky, bride’s oldest niece; and flower girl Adalynn Iracheta, bride’s youngest niece.
Ariel graduated from Pasco High, class of 2009, and from Aveda Institute of Atlanta, Ga., in 2017. She is currently a part-time caregiver, also attending school online to become a certified Health & Life Coach. Alan graduated from Richland High, class of 2010, and attended Marion Military Institute and the United States Military Academy. He works as a cook at Tito’s Italian Grill, inside The Coeur d’Alene Resort.
The couple plan to honeymoon with a cruise to the Caribbean rescheduled for September 2021.
Alan and Ariel met at a karaoke bar in Richland in August 2019 two weeks before Alan moved to Coeur d’Alene. Coeur d'Alene is where they are currently residing and plan to stay.
