East Side Highway District Notice of Meetings in accordance to Idaho Code 74-204 The East Side Highway District Board holds all their regular board meetings on the third Monday of each month at 9:00 a.m. at 6095 E. Mullan Trail Road, Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. If you wish to be placed on the agenda for the meeting, contact the District Clerk at (208)765-4714. PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE AVAILABILITY OF FEDERAL GRANT PLAN FOR PUBLIC REVIEW PURPOSE This Public Hearing Notice solicits comment on the proposed use and distribution of Weatherization Assistance Program funds during Program Year 2021, as detailed in Idaho's Weatherization Assistance Program State Plan draft.
