East Side Highway District Notice of Meetings in accordance to Idaho Code 74-204 The East Side Highway District Board holds all their regular board meetings on the third Monday of each month at 9:00 a.m. at 6095 E. Mullan Trail Road, Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. If you wish to be placed on the agenda for the meeting, contact the District Clerk at (208)765-4714.
