CLIFF: Loss to the community

The Coeur d’Alene community has lost a true friend, hostess and community volunteer with the passing of Susan Cliff this week. Our prayers go out to Robert and her family.

There are no words to express our sadness. I need to tell the community her secret because I know she has kept it to herself.

Susan has helped feed more than 25,000 community members during her 10-plus years volunteering at Fr. Bill’s kitchen. Researching recipes, buying ingredients and spending hours cooking so others could have a special meal.

RIP Susan, we miss you.
