Hearing set on automotive request

The Dalton Gardens Planning Commission will hold a public hearing next week to receive testimony on a request for a special use permit.

Timothy Neil, on behalf of property owner KRN Holdings, LLC, is seeking a permit that would allow manufacturing of automotive parts and accessories in a commercial zone.

The property is at 147 E. Aqua Circle.

The public hearing will be at Dalton Gardens City Hall at 6 p.m. Thursday. Due to coronavirus restrictions, the hearing will be via Zoom and may have limited seating at City Hall.
