NIC: Full disclosure needed

I think it is important for Christie Wood to tell the community what the changes are Todd Banducci thinks need to be made at NIC. The fact that Ms. Wood is willing to spend as much time as she has finding a way to destroy another person for disagreeing with her should concern everyone. I look forward to her response.
