30-70: Scale’s out of whack

We have a 30-70 problem!

Baby Boomers and older are able to freely live retirement in the next 30 years well because their created-wealth earned over the economies of the last 70 years affords them that.

Now in one year, worldwide lockdown efforts to keep them safe from a virus is destroying the next 70 years of economies that would allow the generations younger than Baby Boomers to earn their wealth to freely live their 30 years of retirement.

We Baby Boomers have an opportunity. Our fear of a virus doesn’t have to be such that the generations younger than we have their 70-year earning wealth future destroyed. Let’s ask our politicians/world leaders to put the younger generations back to work. Let’s be the generation that protects their 70-30!
