Fathers of Rock come to Cd’A

A Post Falls musician and his band are bringing their first rock show to Lake City Center on Jan. 15 at 6 p.m.

Rusty Jackson said the inspiration for the show came when he realized that Elvis Presley, the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll, had a birthday on Jan. 8, and Jackson has yet to pay tribute to the early rock influences in his life.

Jackson and his four band members will perform pieces by early pioneers that invented rock ‘n’ roll including Presley, Chuck Berry, Buddy Holly and more.
