Richard "Rick" Paul Harper, 67

Richard Paul Harper (Rick) left us on Dec. 14 to go ride Harleys in Heaven with Debbie.

Rick was born on Sept. 17, 1954, to Fran and Ron Harper in Stillwater, Okla.

He leaves behind his sister, Leah, his brother, Robert Harper, his son, Nick Lakatos, daughter Tiffany Lakatos and eight grandkids. Rick lived his life to the fullest, full of Harleys, fighting wildfires, building lasting friendships and a great passion for life. He will be missed by all and celebrated by many.

Services will be held on Jan. 4 at the English Funeral Home in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

Later in the spring, we will also be celebrating his life when the weather is accommodating for all of his biker friends, and family from out of town.
