VACCINES: Support mandate protests

| December 22, 2021 1:00 AM

In reference to The Press Editorial of Dec. 12: “The heroes aren’t out holding signs”

The demonstration held on Dec. 11 at Kootenai Health was primarily to challenge the vaccine mandate for all employees at KH. And for good reason, as the federal CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) mandate was recently challenged by Idaho and nine other states, and found wanting.

On Nov. 30, a federal district court in Louisiana issued a nationwide preliminary injunction against the CMS mandate which established mandatory COVID-19 vaccines for all health care workers and facilities. U.S. Judge Terry Doughty stated: “The public interest is served by maintaining the Constitutional structure and maintaining the liberty of individuals who do not want to take the COVID-19 vaccine.”

One might ask why Kootenai Health is ignoring this new ruling by the federal court? Could it be because they are in the pocket of Big Pharma, who are pushing their dubious gene therapy products on the American people despite court orders to the contrary? Simply said — “follow the money.”
