PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND SCOPE OF WORK The City of Harrison is soliciting proposals from qualified Civil Environmental Engineers firms for assistance in the following: Task (1) Permitting a Class C Upgradable to Class B recycled water permit in compliance with Idaho IDAPA 58- IDEQ 58.01.17.Recycled Water Rules, included designing and CMS of approved project. Task (2) Provide a land aguisition services for selected site including appraisals. Task (3) Design pretreatment process for meeting IDEQ Nitrogen and Phosphorous Criteria for Forest Sites.
