COLUMNISTS: Contrast in literature

| December 10, 2021 1:00 AM

Thank you Coeur d’Alene Press for the two articles in the Op/Ed Section dated Dec. 3.

Ralph Ginorio’s article was of particular interest where his intellect is evidenced throughout his eloquent writings. The language Mr. Ginorio chose to convey in his truthful analysis of “this is no accident” is a work of art. He touches on many of the current administration’s failures that are leading to the downward spiral eroding our constitutional rights.

In total contrast, Mr. Jim Jones’ article directly to the left of Mr. Ginorio’s shows rantings of Trump bashing. His redundancy in the use of the words “right-wing and ultra-right,” using it a total of seven times in one article, is mind-numbing. Eliminating these two factors, I find little actual content remaining in his article.

Perhaps Mr. Jones could be encouraged to weigh in on more significant issues such as inflation, scarcity, and failure to protect our borders with massive illegal aliens bombarding the south. How about the hypocrisy in Biden’s vaccine mandate for U.S. citizens but no vetting or vaccine requirements for these illegal aliens? Maybe Mr. Jones can explain the intellect of closing the pipeline creating joblessness and international dependency on fuel when President Trump famously eradicated it.

With such a “radical left-wing” agenda, I wonder how many biased decisions Mr. Jones has made during his judgeship.

So, Mr. Jones, are you up to the challenge in addressing these concerns? With the utmost enthusiasm I say come on, man…you go Jim, you go Jim!
