SIGNS: Theft speaks volumes

To the person who stole the “Recall Bill Brooks” signs from my driveway:

No doubt, you believe you acted virtuously. You tell yourself you are very clever, and it is “just politics.”

However, there was nothing virtuous about what you did. There are no extenuating circumstances for trespassing, stealing someone else’s property, or attempting to silence their political speech.

Let me tell you what you are. Far from virtuous — you are a small-minded trespasser, a thief, and a tyrant with a twisted mind and a dark heart.

It speaks volumes that a person who supports Bill Brooks would do such a thing.

If you have a shred of decency, you will return my property.

I won’t hold my breath.
