Jane (Janie) Teaford was called to Heaven to be with God on Aug. 2, 2021. She passed away at her home in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

Janie was born in Pullman, Wash., on Nov. 2, 1959. She attended schools in Spokane, Wash., and was a graduate of Shadle Park High School. After graduation, she attended Spokane Falls Community College with an interest in photography.

Janie was a devout Christian who loved Jesus! She was known for regularly submitting prayer requests at the churches she attended over the years and loved to worship and volunteer at her church. She had a giving soul and found joy in helping those in need. Janie was a plant lover who loved nature.

Janie is survived by her four daughters: Gabrielle Pizarro, Lisa Cuffe (Daniel), Hannah Heitzman (Levi), and Kala Mustard (Dylan); as well as four grandchildren: Evan, Kaizlee, Finn and Dublin; and her niece, Jennifer Brink.

Janie is preceded in death by her parents, Janet and Richard Renford; sister, Jana; and grandson, Mason.

There will be a Celebration of Life at Janie’s church at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 28, at Heart of the City Church, 772 W. Kathleen Ave., Coeur d’Alene, ID 83815.

In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to Heart of the City Church in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
