Orchard Ridge Senior Living raises $75K for Resident Relief Fund

| August 21, 2021 1:00 AM

Orchard Ridge Senior Living held its Centennial Celebration Fundraiser on Aug. 8 at John Swallow’s home on Lake Coeur d'Alene.

Two hundred guests boarded one of the Lake Cruise boats at The Coeur d'Alene Resort for a short boat ride to the beautiful venue.

Guests were greeted by staff and the board of directors for an afternoon of celebration, drinks, food and fundraising. Orchard Ridge raised about $75,000 for its Resident Relief Fund. The fund was created to help elderly residents who don't have the financial means to cover their cost of care.

Priding themselves on quality senior care, Orchard Ridge has never asked a resident to leave due to lack of funds, according to a press release.

To donate to the Resident Relief Fund, call Amy Boni at 208-664-8119.
