Notice of Public Hearing on the Status of Funded Activities The City of Athol received an Idaho Community Development Block Grant in the amount of $500,000 from the Idaho Department of Commerce. This funding is allocated to the State of Idaho from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. These funds are currently being used to construct a new 300,000-gallon water standpipe, replace 5,900 linear feet of 8-inch pipe, 620 linear feet of 10-inch pipe, generator, electrical and pump upgrades at two wells, and raise the height of the existing water tank 50 feet. The hearing will include a review of project activities and accomplishments to date, a summary of all expenditures to date, a general description of remaining work and any changes made to the scope of work, budget, schedule, location or beneficiaries. REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS/ PROPOSALS The Coeur D' Alene Tribe's Public Works Department is soliciting qualifications and proposals from civil engineering firms to develop plans and specifications for the design of the Sub-Agency Mobile Home Park near Plummer, Idaho.
