Deborah (Debbie) Joy Burton, 69

Debbie Burton, 69, of Athol, Idaho, died on Aug. 3, 2021, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. She was born July 29, 1952 in Grand Rapids, Mich., to James and Shirley (Dickson) Merrell.

Debbie is survived by her loving husband, Nate Burton; three children, Jim Burton of Coeur d’Alene, Angela Burton of Port Angeles, and Jen Stock of Airway Heights; three grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 1:45 p.m. Friday, Aug. 27, 2021, at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery, 21702 W. Espanola Road, Medical Lake, Wash. 99022.
