A Celebration of Life Service is scheduled from 2-3:30 p.m. Sept. 4, 2021, at the Sunrise Willow Day use area, Farragut State Park.

Please join her family for a casual service to celebrate some of Misty’s favorite things and share fond memories of her. We encourage you to wear her favorite color. Look for the purple balloons and listen for classic rock music playing on the way into the park.

Misty was born in Spokane, Wash., on Jan. 19, 1962, to an adoring Mother; Misty was the baby of five children. Misty’s spirit was set free on Tuesday, July 27, 2021, after a short battle with cancer at the age of 59.

Misty is survived by two children, Tina of Great Falls, Mont., and Josh of Bonners Ferry, Idaho; and two grandsons, Greg and Peyton. She was predeceased by her mother Evelyn, her father Clearance, and her sister Lori.

A mother, sister, daughter, aunt, grandmother, and dear friend to many, Misty will be deeply missed. Fond memories of laughter and goofy moments, that will be forever treasured. Her infectious smile and love for music will always be remembered, along with her endearing and resilient spirit. Her absence will be felt, but her memory will be close to our hearts.
