UNMASKED: Think, people

On July 29, I was in the small waiting room of Kootenai Clinic Post Falls imaging area. The waiting area was about half-full of us seniors. Though there was a large poster saying, “masks required.” A woman sat snacking away with her mask hanging from her neck!

On Aug. 5, I was at North Idaho Eye Institute, always a busy office, when a young college-age woman entered with a senior couple. I thought how lovely that she was accompanying them. They sat in the area where we wait for our eyes to dilate and lo and behold, the young woman pulled her mask down off her nose and mouth and left it there. Of course the front door said “masks required.”

What is wrong with people?
