Seth Harrison, a redshirt sophomore placekicker from Coeur d’Alene High, was named to the Big Sky Conference All-Academic Team, the conference announced in July. Also named to the team were Idaho women’s basketball graudates Allison Kirby and Nina Carlson. Both Kirby, a Timberlake High product, and Carlson from Lake City High, were four-time selections to the team. Grady Leonard, a senior thrower from Coeur d’Alene High and Alex Ayers, a senior sprinter, were also selected.To be eligible, a student-athlete must have been on the active roster, achieved a 3.2 cumulative grade point average at the conclusion of the most recent term and completed at least one academic term at his or her school. Harrison, who is studying management, is maintaining a 3.55 GPA.

Johnson, a senior forward from Lake City High, was named to the Southland Conference Preseason first team, the conference announced. Johnson, a three-time honoree, played in nine games last season, starting eight, and led the Cowgirls with 11 points and five goals.
