TACKE: Triumphant farewell

I really enjoyed reading the article you printed written by the late Kathryn Tacke, regional economist for the Idaho Department of Labor. She died unexpectedly on July 2 of this year. She wrote about why Idaho employers are finding it difficult to find and retain employees.

I had the privilege of working several cubicles down from her when our IDOL office was located on Ironwood Drive in Coeur d’Alene.

Thank you for printing that last article that she wrote before her death. It brought back memories of that big sweet smile she always had on her face. She was loved and respected and she is missed.
