Paws of the Panhandle raises money to support local animals

| August 4, 2021 1:00 AM

Angela Schneider, an award-winning writer, photographer and founder of Big White Dog Photography, in partnership with EzyDog, donated $5,000 to Better Together Animal Alliance. Funds for this donation consisted of $4,000 generated by photo session fees for Schneider’s new book, "Paws of the Panhandle." The remaining $1,000 is a match from Adventure Day sessions by EzyDog.

Paws of the Panhandle is a limited edition, hardcover coffee table book immortalizing Inland Northwest pets and their stories. Session locations included parks, trails and other locations around North Idaho, including Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls and Sandpoint. A portion of the proceeds from every copy of Paws of the Panhandle purchased will benefit BTAA.

According to Schneider, the book features “52 dogs and 28 epic locations in North Idaho resulting in over 1,000 miles traveled for sessions and five different coffee stands regularly supported.”

Paws of the Panhandle is available for pre-order via Big White Dog’s Facebook page.
