REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS/ PROPOSALS The Coeur D' Alene Tribe's Public Works Department is soliciting qualifications and proposals from civil engineering firms to develop plans and specifications for the design of a street repair project for two residential streets located in Worley, Idaho. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/P) is to select a qualified consulting firm to develop plans and specifications for the reconstruction of a portion of Lena Louie Lane and Pete Silas Road (Approximately 2,700 feet in total length).
