Truck driver dies in I-90 crash

ROSE LAKE - A 58-year-old Midlothian, Texas, man died Saturday after the semi-truck he was driving crashed on Interstate 90 near Rose Lake.

John G. Bunn was traveling eastbound on I-90 near milepost 30 at 11:27 a.m. when his Freightliner failed to negotiate a left-hand turn, Idaho State Police reported. Bunn allegedly overcorrected the vehicle, causing it to overturn.

Bunn succumbed to his injuries at the scene, police reported. He was not wearing a seat belt in the crash, which remains under investigation.
