WSJ: No. 1 isn’t good news

While the Wall Street Journal has an article reporting Coeur d’Alene is the fastest growing real estate market in the nation because of its beauty, etc., it is disappearing.

First there is no geologist on planning and zoning. This permits destruction and instability on our hillsides.

Second, there are no environmental impact studies required by the city.

Third, our elected officials’ lack of caring is destroying our town.

Fourth, while many people are putting money in their pockets, historical sites are being demolished. (I would be happy to show you one of them.) Please everyone, stand up now before it is too late.
