Alice (George) Rankin

90th Birthday

Alice (George) Rankin recently marked her 90th birthday. She was born on April 20, 1931, in Maywood, Calif., and graduated from Bell (Calif.) High School in 1949.

Alice married Ronald Rankin on June 4, 1949. In 1965, they moved to Coeur d'Alene with their five children: Lynne, Kerri, Janna, Reeder and Ronna. Alice now has 19 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

At the time of Ron's passing in 2004, they were married for 55 years.
